Return and Refund Policy
Our Commitment We stand behind every product we sell. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
Sealed Products (Booster Boxes, ETBs, Tins) Unopened sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Product must be in original undamaged condition. Opened sealed products cannot be returned under any circumstances. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Singles & Graded Cards All singles and graded card sales are final. If a graded card arrives with a cracked or damaged slab, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Collectible Coins & Precious Metals All coin and precious metals sales are final once shipped. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Board Games & Puzzles Unopened board games and puzzles may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original sealed condition.
Preorders Preorder cancellations accepted up to 7 days before official release date. Within 7 days of release, orders cannot be cancelled as product has been allocated.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@stakgridcollectibles.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return Email orders@stakgridcollectibles.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Refund issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
Refund Method All refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
