Our Commitment We stand behind every product we sell. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
Sealed Products (Booster Boxes, ETBs, Tins)
- Unopened sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund
- Product must be in original, undamaged condition with all packaging intact
- We do not accept returns on opened sealed products under any circumstances
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Singles & Graded Cards
- All singles and graded card sales are final
- If a graded card arrives with a cracked or damaged slab, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it
Collectible Coins & Precious Metals
- All coin and precious metals sales are final once shipped
- If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos
- Coins are inspected and photographed before shipping
Board Games & Puzzles
- Unopened board games and puzzles may be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be in original sealed condition
- Opened games are not eligible for return
Preorders
- Preorder cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the official release date
- Cancellation requests within 7 days of release date are not accepted as product has already been allocated
- If a preorder item is unavailable due to allocation shortages, you will receive a full refund automatically
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email orders@stakgridcollectibles.com with your order number and photos
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you
How to Start a Return
- Email orders@stakgridcollectibles.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Refund will be issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
Refund Method All refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
